ICE (International Consulting Expertise)

ICE is a European Economic Interest Group (EEIG) established in April 2011 in Belgium. ICE regroups the following five European consulting firms which have implemented more than 150 international technical assistance projects, namely: European Consulting Organization (ECO); East West Consulting (EWC); ICE France; Development Management Consulting (DMC) and ICE Romania.

ICE EEIG Group members are mainly specialized in the fields of Institutional Support and Capacity

Building, Civil Society Development, Development of Training Programmes and Modules, Communication and PR ; Event Management and Awareness Raising and have successfully implemented numerous country-wide and region-wide projects around the world including Turkey.

Our experience in the capacity building dates to the late ‘90ies and has increased ever since with both large and wide-ranging TA contracts and smaller FWCs addressing very specific sectors relevant to this project.

International Media Support (IMS) is a non-profit organisation that works to support local media in countries affected by armed conflict, human insecurity and political transition. Since IMS was founded in 2001, the organisation has grown to be a global and influential media development actor, which works to strengthen public-interest journalism and ensure that media can provide citizens in the most challenging circumstances with reliable and relevant information.

Today IMS has close to 100 fulltime professionals devoted to media development plus the global

network of media experts and more than 400 local partners globally. IMS has specialised in working in conflict and post-conflict areas and other difficult areas, and the organisation has a long track record of projects in Eastern Europe and the former Soviet republics. IMS provides expert knowledge related to media development and has a long track record working with media reform processes, investigative journalism and media production.
